Cantharellus Cibarius can be found in woods, especially hemlocks, generally in clusters of two or three, or in lines or arcs of several individuals. In its raw state, it has a peppery and pungent taste. After cooking, it has a mild and sweet taste. Sizes vary from three to five inches in diameter.
