Cliff Swallow - Birds of Pennsylvania - 1920

Cliff Swallow is a common summer resident generally distributed throughout the state of Pennsylvania. The bird when flying can easily be distinguished from other swallows by its almost even tail feathers and the conspicuous rusty colored rump.
