Golden Crested Kinglet - Birds of Pennsylvania - 1928

Golden Crested Kinglet is generally seen in small flocks. They feed on various forms of insects and are very expert in capturing small insects upon the wing. Also known to destroy great numbers of plant lice, spiders, flies, ants, insect eggs, and larvae.
