Yellow Bellied Sapsucker - Birds of Pennsylvania - 1985

Yellow Bellied Sapsucker or Woodpecker are spring and fall migrants of Pennsylvania. Birds of this genus feed much upon fruits, as well as insects. They injure fruit trees by stripping of the bark, instead of boring holes.
